"Y-You look amazing your Divinity!"
"You've already said that several times."
"I-I know, but, it bears repeating."
"Well, I appreciate the sentiment then! Are you almost finished?"
"W-Well yes, but...I feel it is not nearly good enough for- Wh-what the?!
"Oh wow, this looks amazing! You captured me good with this!"
"T-Truly? I am beyond honored to hear your words. But...were there not better artists than I to ask for this commission?"
"Maybe. But they wouldn't be making your art, and they wouldn't have your beauty in it."
"I...I am truly humbled and grateful to hear you think my art worth being called beautiful."
"Its your art after all! Each art has its own beauty to it. And I love the beauty you put in yours!"
Heya everyone! Here's a new character of mine I made. Her name is Reyna, and she's based on a custom character I made in Divinity Original Sin 2. Here's a bio for her in the description!
Name: Reyna
Height: 9' 6"(usually)
Weight: 477 lbs(also usually)
Scales: Blue
Eyes: Gold
Hair Frills: Scarlet
Species: Lizard(Not dragon)
Likes: Bigness, Style, People
Dislikes: Power corruption, Drugs, Manipulating Memories
Backstory: Reyna was born under a lovely family in a city known as Vuscura. Her mother and father were good to her, and taught her to do her best to help others. However, tragedy struck when she was 9 years old as her home was attacked by the Black Ring, a group dedicated to evil demons and the Lord of Chaos. Her mother and father sacrificed their lives to save Reyna. The young lizard was left alone, until she was taken in by the grandest figure of her time: Lucian the Divine.
As she grew up under his care, and as he fought valiantly for the sake of the world, she wished to do the same. Her ideals of protecting all, weak or strong, became emblazoned by his light, and she would follow his footsteps as she grew up. But, one day, Lucian passed, and she became aimless. When the call for Sourcerers to surrender themselves was made, she volunteered without hesitation. Of course, she couldn't know the true extent of what this meant for her. She would end up finding Lucian again, though she would wish she didn't.
Lucian had learned secrets of the Seven, and how their actions have threatened their own world and souls for far too long. However, the divine himself had lost his sense of righteousness along the way, and committed terrible atrocities and experiments to do what he felt needed to be done. Eventually, this included a procedure to create something called a Source Heart, an artificial heart capable of producing mass quantities of Source, a life energy that is also a potent power fount. And Reyna was the designated test subject. The experiment was cruel, painful, and wrenching of heart, mind, and soul. As a result, the lizard would end up comatose for a time, while her heart failed to give the desired outcome. This was not the end of her story though, as she was shipped off to Fort Joy eventually.
Outfitted with a Source Collar, her heart would stabilize and allow her to regain consciousness, albeit with some memory loss. The world was threatened by creatures called Voidwoken, who came through a hole in the Veil of Source that surrounded their universe. As she traveled, escaped the death camp, and made allies, she would set on a path that would lead her back to Lucian. Anger and rage are inefficient and undersell the fury she felt towards him when she saw him again. But she did agree, that the Veil had to be resealed, and only sufficient Source could restore that. Thus, she initially tried to give her life to restore it. However, her heart literally, metaphorically, and metaphysically, would not allow that.
Being suffused with such vast amount of Source, caused the previously dormant Source Heart to truly awaken, and produce infinite power within her. Thus, she not only was able to fix the Veil, but also to become something bigger and greater than ever before:
