Originally a resident of Humblewood, Dee has fully embraced life in Mylk and has managed to rise as one of Neos most well known "Assassins" Not that they actually kill their targets, rather they often subject them to humiliating pranks, such as pacifers laced with foy water, powder bombs that can instantly immobilize targets by causing their padding to expand to massive size, or his twin rattle clubs which can drain the intelligence of a victim, leaving them a babbling cub until the effects wear off. Often hired to humiliate rival nobles and political targets in neos, Dee has managed to find a nice little niche for themselves. As a devotee to the god Rattle, the chubby bird has made childish mischief their motto...
