My half of a trade with 
ZhaKrisstol. Its their character, Iyceahame Azhu (ref-http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2267180/). Never done multicolored wings like that, was certainly interesting. To give you some idea of scale, that's the case for my battery powered Dremel I have her standing on.
The figure is wire core with fabric skin. The horns are wrapped wire, the collar is "cable" wrapped wire (its like they used to do to make cables for suspension bridges) with a green bead in the middle
