Agent Haru is a toony cyborg shiba inu. She used to be a police officer in Tokyo but died when saving a child from a car. Her body was reconstructed into what she is now. She now works as secret agent against yakuzas and other organised crime as part of a new government initiative. She has all kinds of gadgets for different situations she can deploy. She is also looking for love with no luck due to her enhancements making it awkward.
