First I ever tried drawing Sergal paw up close. I always found them alluring, all that padding makes them look so vulnerable xD

The padding on Sergal paws does look like it would be rather soft and I imagine that they have quite a degree of sensitivity in that area. The long toes as well would be very mobile, so I think part of the fun would be watching them move around as you're tickling them. Being flexible it's probably some work to keep them still, so I imagine using fingers or claws is probably more effective than something like a feather.
