This kind of dragon has different equipment. The messengers usually don't have much of it. They are mostly containers, bags, and satchels for delivery. There should always be a helmet and possibly armor on the neck, as this is their main body part. And also water flasks on their front paws as weapons. All dragons of my species are elemental water mages. They do not create water out of nothing. They use real water.
