Dark Legoshi was always an interesting side to him. I suppose since it's supposed to be his more instinctual side, if he indulged more in his baser desires like eating meat (and potentially other things??) then the Dark Legoshi would come to be more dominant and what Legoshi would be more like...so...

What a shame. Legoshi does look much better on the dark side imo ~
If only Gouhin didn't exist, perhaps Dark could have won the war by slowly chipping away at Legoshi until the dark side overtook him.

I mean...depends on the timing I suppose as for the exact consequences. I did read an interesting fic on ao3 where that happened (Lego eating Haru during the first encounter) but it would throw a very significant part of the story off. I mostly just find it a fun alternate version to fuck around with, perhaps because it goes against the typically meek early Legoshi. Naturally, yes, I know there's a reason Legoshi is as Legoshi is. But there's something fun to reveling in a more wicked self that isn't so actively Legoshi for lack of a better word. The holier-than-thou-ness and meekness swapped for something more like a beast and willingness to do things.

It's definitely a stretch but I suppose its kinda why I like Bill comparative to Legoshi*, he's a lot more willing to take an active role. There's a slight edge to him (even if it kinda dulls as the series goes on). He's just more charming even if he's kind of a fuckboy early on. Dark Legoshi throws off a couple levels of Legoshi (and goes a lot further than Bill ever does) to be a carnivore for better and for worse (a lot worse in their society). Just a fantasy of being ravaged really and the corruption just makes things more interesting.

*not that I don't like Legoshi as is, I just typically want something that's not as soft as him

and of course bill is a lot more willing to eat meat compared to legoshi who does all he can to prevent himself from doing so
