...One, Why is she a Wyvern, or a Dragon? Last I checked, Vulpa and Ruki are only related to Enya by their WOLFSIN Ancestor. Their side of the line doesn't have Wyvern, OR Dragon blood!
Second, Is this temporary, or at least, a Seperate Form? Because while I like the slight alterations that make her look less weird compared to her First image, the sudden changes to Vulpa out of Bumvuknovere without reasonable explaination, just sour this for me. Looks powerful? Yes. Looks awesome? Uh huh, but considering you Literally made this moment for WTF value as you said on Chapter 333, just ruin it. (You LITERALLY put "WTF" on the last page. That basically means you set it up for "WTF Values".)
I at least expect this either to be temporary, or for it to have a REASONABLE explaination as to WHY this happened. You can't just keep springing sudden shit out of nowhere just for "Shock" or "Surprise" values, especially since stuff like this are what makes writing ANYTHING based off this story, impossible, since you keep shifting the Goalposts!
And yes, I'm rather Snappy. I got up less than an hour ago as of the time of writing this... But Point still stands. Stuff like this NEEDS a Reasonable Explaination, to be Temporary, OR Be a Seperate Form, otherwise this just makes anyone with a Good Sense of Story writing to LEAVE! This wasn't out of nowhere, Vulpa drank some of the wyvern milk and that is what it caused to happen to her. I'm thinking it happened because it was explained in previous pages that her ancestor was the wolf found by the dragons and nursed back to health and then if I remember correctly he had a relationship with the dragon and later had at least one child with another dragon. Which means that Vulpa and Ruki might have some dragon dna in their bodies and the milk most likely caused it to become active and triggered the transformation in Vulpa if she does.
You clearly were NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Firstly, They're not DRAGONS, they're WYVERNS. The Biggest Difference between the two races, is that Female Dragons don't have Mammaries, while Female Wyverns DO. (Mentioned during Enya's biology lesson on Wyverns and how they give birth)
Secondly, last I checked, that is NOT how you get Vulpa and Ruki to be Half-Wyverns! Their Ancestor Did conceive Enya's line, YES, but he LATER conceived Vulpa and Ruki's Great Grandparents with a WOLFSIN PRINCESS... And she did NOT have a Drop of Wyvern's blood in her veins!
The Passing of a Bloodline ONLY works in such a manner, if the Subject was CONCEIVED from a Dual Parentage, and THEN mates with a pure blooded subject! The Rufus Progenitor was a Normal Wolfsin, not a Hybrid of Wyvern and Wolfsin. That means when he mated the Wolfsin princess, she would ONLY have conceived Two Wolfsin pups, not Hybrid children... Meaning Vulpa and Ruki DON'T have WYVERN BLOOD.
Their Connection to Enya was as COUSINS, and Cousin Bloodlines only need to have ONE common Ancestor to be considered as Such... Which once again, shows how Little you know of Grade-School Biology.
TL;DR, the only Hybrid here, was ENYA, NOT VULPA AND RUKI. Their Progenitive Ancestor was a Wolfsin, Not a Wyvern/Wolfsin Hybrid, which is Enya... Meaning Vulpa and Ruki Should NOT be turning into Wyverns or Dragons, with or without The Milk's effects, as their Bloodlines never crossed again until Enya and the Rufus met and Enya explained her ties to them!

And the biggest one is that from what he said on the Last Page? Mariano did this for SHOCK VALUE, an Egregious Sin in my eyes. It's one of the Biggest reasons Vulpa's change soured my taste for this, beyond her wonky design.

If I have to make a serious prediction with Vulpa I think she may end up not only able to go back to her pure wolf form but also able to control what percentage of her wyvern form to harness like younger toguro and controlling what percentage of his demon power to use. This may include stuff like vulva using 20% wyvern power which makes her grow small horns and wings as well as getting slightly bigger. For all we know vulpa may pull a DragonBall super Broly and ultimately able to use the full power of a wyvern without turning into one. I got nothing on why she became a wyvern yet.
Damn, looks like there is a LOT of training to do...
But 145k Blitz, thats a serious boost of power. Now i really, really, REALLY want to see how Ruki and Wolufu react to that milk!
