Pretty kosher techno, which is no bad thing. I think, however, some of your transitions feel a bit rushed here. I have a lot of constructive criticism to give here.
I'd suggest establishing your bass early on, and transitioning into it twice the time. One of the keys of this kind of techno is the evolution of your sounds. So nothing should be entirely abrupt, and I'm seeing some abrupt transitions that seems to harsh my music buzz, as it were. When it comes to techno, in terms of effects, Envelope and Gate is your best friend. On your base I'd increase the attack a bit via an envelope, and instead of fading in sounds, try something called 'transient gating', as described here:

If Ableton isn't your DAW, there's usually an analogue of some kind for it in most DAWs. I hope this info helps!

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment! I pretty much agree with the points you bring up.
Gating is something I really should learn to use, that and compressors.
I do use Ableton Live, but it seems like that transient gating thing can only be applied to samples? Of course I guess I could 'freeze' a track into a sample and then apply transient gating, I'll have to try that.
