Joining the DSU wrestling team, Morgan knew that there would be consequences. He was already somewhat hairy, but since joining the team, his hair had grown much thicker and much wirier than ever before. Hair was growing in places he never dreamed possible - behind his neck, on his ears. And his ears had changed on their own, too. They had stretched upwards and had grown much much deeper. His feet were no longer human, they were thick, round hooves. There was now a tail that swished back and forth behind him lazily. His nose had turned up into a snout and had begun to stretch out into a muzzle. But he wasn't the only one on the team who had experienced equine changes. Most of the team already were hawt and donkeyish.

The question is, what causes the change? There are so many possibilities. I might have to write a story about a transforming team.
Is it a gradual consequence of joining the team?
Is it a reward, each match they win progresses their transformation?
Is it a punishment that costs a bit of humanity for each match they lose?
