While rarely seen by most occupants of the castle, Vlados hired a painter to make a portrait of herself. She's witnessed many paintings depicting the many leaders and heros of the eastern lands , all of them but 2 she outlived so far . A little jealousy grew within her, something she wished to correct immediate.


The male nevrean artist arrived shortly and she picked up the perfect spot for him to start his work. Opening one of her homemade wine, she poured a glass then laid on her couch made for her size, to kill the silence the painter asked a few questions.




''male nevrean'' Forgive me to ask ma'am, but i don,t believe we have been introduced? My father told me all about the painting he did for the old king, but he never mentioned someone of your... well appearance.


''Vlados'' Blame that to king Geras and his father, they wished to keep my crea..... my presence silent. They feared something dark that i shan't speak of.


''nevrean'' Deepest apologies i did not mean to offend, it's just i thought Azara was the only person to reach such height.



''Vlados'' Azara, when was the last time she even sounded cheerful hm? Poor girl doesn't take the lack of aging very well.


''Nevrean'' lack of aging? You mean you're both...



''Vlados'' Immortal in a way yes, we all can be killed but aging won't affect us. I would say more but, dead man tell no tales as they say. King Geras brought all his dark secret with him, i won't speak of any. It's not like little Yeron knew any of it, Geras always depised him.



''nevrean'' Geras did not like his son?



''Vlados'' Did not like sounds too kind, no, he despised him to the point of changing his name to Yeron a story of a pathetic coward who led all his ally to die. A soft fool who tried to befriend all only to be stabbed in the back.


''nevrean'' oh dear.... have they not try making another child?



''Vlados'' Hard to make a child when Geras became unable to impregnate anymore, disgusted to only have Yeron as heir to the throne, she stormed off never to be seen again. Geras lost his mind not too short afterward.



'' Nevrean'' And what about you? Do you believe king Yeron has a chance to make our city a better place?


''Vlados'' hmmm.... Hard to tell, little bugger seems to have no demons, no dark secret making him anything like the other kings. I'd say only time will tell, and i shall enjoy these time, this change is something that shall kill my boredom. Now if you can excuse me i'd rather not speak of the east anymore. Subject is rather tiring and the lies filled in history books makes my stomach sick to its very core.
