I felt it was time I practiced drawing again, so I felt like doing a brief comic of Dav Pilkey's Dragon character from the Dragon book series.
This is my first ever official attempt at drawing a sneeze sequence. I have always sucked at drawing expressive characters, so I figured the best way to get started was to work with some of the more difficult expressions first, starting with sneezing. I used the tutorials provided in the Dragon books to get the basic design of Dragon down, then using some of the poses in the books as reference, I traced a few different poses. The facial expressions were mainly my doing, though I did practice with some of the expressions presented in the book and tweaked them to suit the purpose of the comic.
It's rudimentary at best, but I think it's a decent first attempt on my part.
