When Jemma overhears about a ruby from Justin's parents, she decided to spring into action tonight and steal it. Justin tried to stop her, but he failed miserably and she ran off with his family's heirloom. But little did she know that the ruby she was holding is laced with a spell. The next morning, she was putting on her sky-blue dress, her blue jeans jacket and her low heel shoes. But suddenly, she started to feel funny. And the spell that the ruby was laced with caused her body to puff up like a balloon, making her big and round, and bouncy. Poor Jemma was humiliated and learned that the ruby's name is nicknamed the "Hot Air Balloon". She bounced and floated around her penthouse helplessly as she flapped her paws and kicked her feet around. Who would help the rich, snobby dalmatian while in a helplessly bloated state?
