This was my first poem after graduating high school. It came out a little under a month after I moved to Texas.
I had just moved from the house I had been living in during the last 5 years of my overall 12 in Miami Florida
and my time there was rather poor. I had absolutely no freedom whatsoever, not even that due an 18 year old.
After I got to Texas and began to work my life around into something more respectable, I wrote this poem.
While more because I was bored at the time, just hanging around an auto shop, I had no idea how true this poem
would turn out to be.
