What happens when tension builds? An uncontrolled outburst. I got so pissed for a bunch of small stuff piling up that I lost my composure and just screamed out. I was at work at the time and I clocked out and left, smoked a cigarette and came back. I was forgiven but I still feel quite unhappy that I lost it like that. I always consider myself the calm one. I don't think I can ever bury it, because I could have very very easily lost my job at that point.
