A big drawing I was working on for a couple days, and it came out so good I feel amazed and pleased with myself ^^

This image is of my Dragonborn self, gaining a blessing along with hidden abilities unlocked by my Ancestor named Maiya.

Maiya is a huge dragoness (or Wolfaroo if she so chooses) that has great Vigor and Vitality, She was known for her powerful magic and then runes on her upper arms and belly that bestow unique magical abilities.

Maiya's powers consist of devouring to refresh herself. So when she was alive, she battles with powerful light magic along with her physical strength, and when she defeats her foes she devours them to regain her strength. But she was also has a side effect to her magical revitalizing abilities from consumption.

When Maiya devours an ally, Friend, and family, her belly actually heals them as she teleports them out when they heal, given her strong body she is a walking a portable healing pool for anyone who is travelling with her.

Centuries later they made statues that Maiya can come to anyone who wishes to see her from the Spirit realm, sometimes to ask for advice under her magical arts, or just to give her an offering. But if somehow your a true descendent of her race (in this case Ancient Vanician) she can unlock your hidden powers which reveals your own special runes on your belly and upper arms, and the one who has their powers unlocked can use her abilities, and gain great vigour, vitality, and belly based abilities like she had when she was alive.

My Dragonborn self walks into a shrine, felt it was somewhat familiar when a bright light shines from a far off statue, and reveals a huge dragoness in a radiant glow. It was Maiya.

Maiya sensed a descendant of her kin, and looks down seeing the Dragonborn in front of her, as she smiles and used one hand to cuff under his belly as she giggles beginning to say:

"My my, one of my descendants seems to have quite the big vigorous belly." she gets up and starts tp she in circles hands behind her back examining my dragonborn self slowly like she was examining me.

Then she stops behind me and asks "Do you want your hidden abilities unlocked young one?" My dragonborn replies "Yes please, I want to learn and use my ancestor's powers to help others, maybe even get stronger when they need me most."

She leans with her head next to my head as she hovers her hands from the sides of my belly as a faint blue light comes from my upper arms and my gut, as it forms special runes of diamond shapes.

I walked to a running waterfall and looked at my arms and my belly seeing the runes as Maiya spoke again, "They look great on you. your going to use those powers of mine VERY well."

my dragonborn turns and smiles "Maiya thank you. I hope I can come back and chat with you more, maybe learn more of my other ancestors" Maiya nods smiling. "and I'll summon a feast for you to enjoy as I tell you about them."

My runes faded off and now I looked runeless but I can sense the power still within me as I rub my belly feeling the power within me. I look up at Maiya and walk over to her to hug her huge belly, it surprised Maiya but she gives a warm smile and hugs back.

I spoke and let her know something she might be happy to hear "My mom is ok by the way, Cecilia is her name she has a power like yours too, and I felt good hugging someone part of my family..." Maiya didn't speak but had a happy tear filling her eyes then responds

Thank you. I'm glad to hear this...You be careful okay?" I nod and let go, as she begins to go back into her statue and gives a wave before merging with the statue which glows warmly.

I turn and begin heading back with now powers and a heart-warming reconnection with one of my ancestors.
