Amanda: Sorry for the misunderstanding, hun, I do not study at NiVA. I do not actually study at any university, and I got too much time on my hands to go to one now. ^^;; As for what the customers like most about my cafe, we do provide a wide array options for both java and sweets. Most of the recipes came from Brazil. The largest majority of our customers come from both NiVA and CyTech. :) So=

Amanda: While "teasing" is usually against the rules at the cafe, I do have some fun whenever I am in the mood. But there's no guarantees that it'll happen often... at least compared to Rachel.

Amanda you seem to be quite the responsible one. I gotta wonder, were you ever care free or laid back before or were you always like you are now? Also you are quite the cutie (maybe even more than you're sister but don't tell her that)

Amanda: (Whispers) Don't worry, she's out of the room, so she won't hear you. ;P Well, I used to be more relaxed when I was still living in Brazil. But before I graduated high school my grandmother taught me to be more responsible and committed to help our family. :3c I worked to maintain our home before we moved here to Neumont. Right now, I'm teaching Rachel to be more responsible.. though that seems to be harder than any other job I've done.

What's it like to run a cafe?

Amanda: Well, thankfully I brought the place with the money I had (not rent it as some would believe), and seeing how it is a popular spot, I have to put in some work to maintain it. But it's not as stressful as it would seem. To note, I have to make sure that the tables and counters are clean, that the appliances are working properly, and that no vandals are wrecking the windows. Also, I run a daily audit to ensure that we have all the supplies we need, and if we don't, I have to go out and restock our inventory. For the newer employees, I have my assistant manager Sasha train them for two or so weeks. And speaking of employees, there are some that tend to be tardy.
Rachel: Like JJ?
Amanda: Don't get smart with me, Mana. =w= Don't you have work to do?
Rachel: I'm done with it. PLUUUS if I recall, JJ was late for work for two days. :3c
Amanda: But not as much as you. I know what you do to Jude before you come here.

Amanda: It usually depends on the day, but I mostly stick with either pink or red. I used to stick with blue when I still lived in Brazil, but then Rachel had to hog that color when she started wearing all blue in the United States. :P

There's something i wanna know Amanda, Did you secretly kept a pair of soleless shoes you never told to anyone?

Amanda: Pfft, what are you talking about? :P The soleless shoes nonsense has always been one of Rachel's quirks. She doesn't understand how expensive shoes can be, especially in the United States. :\ I recall buying her over dozen shoes for her when we first moved, and she always kicked the soles off of them. She only stopped doing it when I started taking money out of her paycheck as compensation. :P
