Hi, I'm Lahmu a beastman djinn or genie

I was born eons ago, from the dust of a really curious star called Algol (It's name in arabic means The Ghoul, in fact the ghouls are a kind of djinn) . My kind, the Ifrit has lived in this planet since before the first humans did their first steps. We have the power to change nature, we can turn a desert to jungle, we can move the sun, even change constellations. But our power is only limited by the Demiurge, and we only can use our power to preserve the natural order. Most of the time humans mistake us for ghosts, as they can't see us unless we allow them to.

The first human civilitation identified us as genies or djinns, even they made some statues and temples for us, but when mesopotamian vanished we wander around the world without a home, like nomads. Some humans catched and tortured us to use our natural power to serve their purposes which increased the social distancing between djinns and humans. (No, we don't grant wishes, but if you ever befriend a djinn, maybe he'll do something for you.)

But in my case I'm more opened to civilitation than most of my kind, I've being living eons in this planet, I've seen thousand of things, beautiful and horrible, but I have learned that there are humans who feel mercy, who recognize their mistakes and improve to be better people.
