I've been trying for quite some time to define the look of a reptilian species that will be featured in a novel I want to write. While I posted some doodles some time ago, I was not completely happy with it. So I took to try to come up with something during my lunch breaks at work, and I think I finally got it.
They look like a combo of a T.rex and a Pachycephalosaur (there's a reason for that). They are omnivorous, rather stocky, with 3 fingers and toes, and are taller than humans. Their tails are a bit short and thick, and their garments resemble slightly that of our ancient Aztecs/Mayans (again, a reason for that, but no, the story is not about that or mythology-related). I already have part of the plot figured out -- sorry, can't say much without spoiling it.
I realize that something like those kroxigors from Warhammer would have looked more ferocious. But I am trying instead to come up with something that vaguely resembles a dinosaur. It will make more sense when I write and publish the darned thing, I swear.
A few things will have to happen before I can dedicate time to write it. It will not be a story that will be uploaded here to FA, unfortunately. I am aiming this to be a published book, either as an ebook or a "dead trees version".

No, there is no relationship between him and these guys, although I did think for a while that this species ended up looking quite like him. But this is a completely different universe, set in a medieval/fantasy, D&D-like world (sans dragons and all the gazillion monsters that D&D has).
