Based in the alternate head-canon for my OCs
Normally my OCs' stories all generally take place in a modern setting in their human forms, but when I'm particularly bored I shift them into a more fantastical setting with their furry forms, generally with some kind of weapons and simple attire for maximum movement.
Hart here is another one of my less fleshed out characters, but I always loved his simple peach/brown combo with gold earrings, and really wanted to draw this pose, so figured why not use him?
He's... sort of Toki's friend. Toki followed him around a lot, and claimed him as a buddy, regardless of Hart's input.
He's a bit too quiet and passive to tell him otherwise.
