While not normally considered a dragon, moreso a sea monster, the water dragon fits in with its brethren closely.

Water dragons are capable of breathing both air and water, however, due to having a serpentine body and only two limbs, most prefer to stay under the water, where they are far more mobile. They mostly feast on fish, because of this, but can eat all types of meat and even some plants.

Water dragons are not aggressive towards humans, and are actually rather curious about them. However, due to their size (An adult water dragon is big enough to capsize a large fishing boat with ease) and curious nature, they can be considered a menace to anyone wanting to take a nice boat ride on the water. They can also be found in rivers and lakes, where they are likely to befriend the local human population.
