Not sure about Mysterio tho.

Eh I just have a deeper love of Mysterio than most and feel that most of the time he's portrayed without some of the emotional depth the comics gave him

Mysterio got his due in the new spiderman movie last decade. I also think Scorpio (Elaine Coll) needs to be in more Marvel stuff and not just the comments.

Man-Thing is just a subpar Swamp-Thing ripoff.

You DO realize Man-Thing came first right? lol. Personally I disagree. I think both have their niche for different reasons. Swamp Thing works more as a magical warrior/hero protagonist, while Man-Thing works more as a tragic horror character, and has a unique powerset. Plus calling either one a ripoff is kinda moot as both of them were based off an old indie comic called The Heap
