I looked at all three before reading your description, and my impression was that it was a leather loving girl at three different ages: 18 or so, early twenties, then 28 or so. She does look like she gets more assertive each time, like she's figuring out her own self as she goes. :P I wonder if you would change anything if you were to draw her again now?
