Peoples from this country are known for being below most country's laws, and it is believed that their relatives were sent to the continent from Ursova, another country/continent as criminals. Technologies are advanced from the Espandorans, as Catharnians are quick to figure out bigger and better ways to do things.

Hails From: Ursova - A cold country located on the bottom of the world and a few of it's surrounding islands. Most of the population are sailors, crabbers, whalers and fishermen. Over a vast amount of time, their bodies have adapted to assisting them in their cold water exploits to survive.
