Robin is a character I've created for a fictional universe I've recently put more effort into building. He is a Robinhood who takes money from CEOs and politicians. He uses a LED mask, based on Synth tech, to keep himself anonymous, similar to Wrench, and promote his movement using the second panel. His movement insignia is a red feather, a shoutout to Disney's Robinhood who had one on his hat.
