We can smell ya, townies! :P
My first fan art of Wolfwalkers film is finally finished ♥ If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. Currently it's my favourite one. ^^
Please, don't use my art, not even fan art. If you want to share it on your fan page, please note me first. Thank you!

That's one heck of a beautiful piece of fanart. Wonderful job!
Something I like to tell Wolfwalkers fans is that the story's based off an actual Irish folktale, the Werewolves of Ossory. Just as in the movie, these weren't "classic" werewolves, but in fact were holy warriors blessed by the Irish Catholic church, who fought in the wars of independence. In old Irish Gaelic, there was no word for "werewolf" - but there was one for "wolfwalker." Even Mebh's full name, "Mebh Óg MacTíre" roughly translates to "Queen of the Wolves" and is based on Medb, a legendary wolfwalker queen from Irish mythology.
