As I sorta hinted in a comment in a previous post, I've always appreciated the Czech designs going their own route. So one stimulus check (and Christmas gift money) later...bought a VZ52. Luckily stumbled on the opportunity to score some 7.62x45 ammo so I'm eager to take this one out to the range and see how it shoots. After thoroughly disassembling and cleaning it up, it's quite a mechanically interesting rifle from the time when everyone was trying to figure out assault rifles and intermediate cartridges.

Also for the Female, that's just a joke regarding a manufacturing stamp on the receiver. Pronouns right out of the factory hehe
