Years ago, the face of Percival "Percy" Von Drake was not an uncommon a sight on the New Deco culture feeds. A media darling and occasional child star, the looming yolk of inheritance quickly began to fall upon the purebred saluki's shoulders. The responsibility to a massive trade fleet, volumes of questionable trade deals, and a small private army (for financial security, of course!) became of more significant importance over just being a pretty face on the marketing material. With time, Percy has enforced his own taste on the company. Art Nouveau flourishes to the branding, uniforms, and ships have become synonymous with the Von Drake name, even as systems are starved under the marble leaf embellished embargo of the company flagship, the Ecstasy of Gold.

The routine of intergalactic trade had begun to set in for Percival until a chance encounter with a certain hybrid smuggler provided a new outlet for his attention, and more worryingly, obsession's.
