The fluffdragon boy may be smol, but when the world needs a deus ex machina most, he's that walking plot twist. Sure, he can turn into a gigantic dragon monster capable of crushing cities (or, in his case, saving cities from things that could crush them), but who's gonna believe that coming from a four-foot-tall runt like him? Especially when he can't do it unless it's as a sudden, deus-ex-machina, life-saving plot twist? Yeah, nobody buys it.
