Finally got to come back with some ideas in my mind after a long hiatus. I personally like to come up with funny prompts like these and create designs out of them, I might make it a series and come up with more wackier ideas, but for now my brain poofed out this simple little fella and I hope you'll like them~ <3

Concept:
A celestial black cat who was assigned as a custodian for the water birds of paradise. It was a drawing lots system, and let's just say they got the shorter end of the stick.
The pendant is a magical item needed to tame the birds and for them to maintain their physical form for convenient transport.

Design:
Pretty self-explanatory of a constantly soaked cat wearing a yellow raincoat with white socks.
