Well yes but actually no.
Chris is 36 cm tall (shown in his reference sheet), while the average adult Mew is 40 cm. Assuming the ratio between the height and the weight of the average adult Mew (40 cm : 4.0 kg) is the same for Chris, he would be 3.6 kg.
So, if all of this is true, then the average Honedge would be 5/9 of Chris's weight.
