I searched just now to see if there was one and the answer seems to be that FA's code is really old. You can blacklist users so they can't reply to your stuff, but I am not sure if that would keep you from seeing their material in recent uploads. FA -does- add the occasional new feature, like folders for artists to organize their stuff, but it is a slow process.
