I'm a little surprised that I never uploaded this here.

Last year was one of the first times I had messed around with my art a fair amount, reusing art to make another character out of it, or recolor it for a different purpose. I've shared repeatedly throughout last year that doing a recolor on Rae's first art was what got me to start doing art again last year, but after redoing his reference a month later, I redid the recolor for myself. In other words, taking Rae's redo and coloring it for Doughshi.

So on this penultimate day of JanCHUary, I give you Doughshi's Raichu form! He takes on a body shape extremely similar to Rae's with colors that match his own. The body doesn't really have fur on it as Doughshi's transformation is more about shaping his body than it is actually copying the source in most cases. As such, the body is still the same doughy texture that it always is and the only instances of fur, if you will, is on his head, where his hair usually is. The ears also change to shades of brown to mimic the head scales, while the tail gets the power of the Rainbow Scale.

Because of the Rainbow Scale's abilities, this also grants Doughshi electric powers, although they are far weaker and he has very little idea on how to properly use them. As such, Doughshi has a natural electrical resistance like any Electric-type has, but his own moves are vastly weakened thanks to that inexperience. They can be strengthened through training, but for now, Doughshi chooses to use that power in very little amounts, often for playing around such as a Zap Tap™️.

Other than that, Doughshi still retains whatever outfit he was wearing but would find it very difficult to fit into shoes now with his legs being a different shape. But his glasses, watch and collar still fit well!

Anyway, I just felt like getting one more Raichu related thing up before the month was over. I'm a little saddened that I didn't get around to drawing something more original or full, but I can assure you this isn't the only time of the year that you'll get your good ol' electric mice.
