Hrm, maybe it's just me, but I remember one of those characters being somewhat colorful much like the monkeybird from the Pirates of Dark Water and yours. Don't worry on it. I just remember a few things from when I was a kid at odd times.

That may have been me... I DID point out that the ship's mainsail was wing-shaped, not unlike the Wraith... ya know, the ship of the main characters of that series?
