Ok,you got a legendary hero who's JOB is to SAVE YOUR WORLD. Including your shithole town. Are you going to A) let him in to see your leader so he can stop the evil monster threatening the world. B) Have your leader go out and meet him if your fucking rules are so goddamn important the end of the world isn't a a good enough reason to break them.
