Are you coming to bed then, honey? ❤️
"Hey Love, remember that set you bought me earlier this week when we went to the high street?", asks Veronica in her cute cockney accent, from the other side of the bedroom.
"Yeah... the pyjamas, right? Regent street?", you reply as you hear some brief rustling behind you whilst you're busy unpacking shirts from your drawers.
"Well... What do you think?"
You quickly zip your head around in Veronica's direction to see her now wearing the cutest, light pink top, adorned with just the right amount of ribbon; and a matching pair of silk shorts to match. What can you say to that?!! In brief shock, you can only muster a: "Yeah... it's great..." but somehow, that seems to be enough for Veronica and she begins to blush.
"You don't think it's too er... small, do ya? I didn't want it to look like a dress after all..." she contemplates.
"No, no! I think it looks gorgeous as it is... I think they show all the right curves if you know what I mean...".
Unsure of how to react to that statement, she quickly looks down to ruffle her pillow, throws open the duvet and jumps onto the mattress. "Are you coming to bed then, honey? ❤️ Don't keep a bird waiting!"
ARTIST'S WORD
So, here's a remaster of a speed-paint I originally did for some promo material. I thought she'd look cute in a silky lace top like this and so I combined that idea with this pose! In doing so, I realised that 1. Veronica has some massive honkers (oh my God, when did they get so big?!) and 2. My style has improved over the past few months without me even realising. There were a lot of changes I made to the styling of the fur in particular and the linework. I've got some other big pieces in the works (nearly finished) so you'll be seeing them soon too. Thanks for all the love and support you guys give - It helps get me through feeling like I don't put out enough content for social media. Speaking of upcoming art, I'm also working on this year's Valentine's day piece! So provided that I finish it on time, you'll be seeing a really good piece of V again in a couple of weeks' time (that is, if I can pull off the pose that is currently kicking my butt at the moment)!
