The M901 Improved TOW Vehicle was an Anti-Tank Vehicle armed with a retractable M220 launcher that could fire 2 I-TOW Anti-Tank Missiles. Based on the M113 APC the vehicle's armor wasn't much compared to the MBTs it was to be knocking out but could still protect against smaller rounds such as 7.62mm and 12.7mm depending on the exact circumstances of the hit. Inside the vehicle were multiple reloads for the M220. The Launcher could be dismounted from the vehicle and set up on the ground and be operational in 3-5 minutes with a good crew. The vehicle has been brought back into the (semi) public eye after ots addition to the game "War Thunder" where it has been nicknamed "Wall-E" after its resemablance to the character.
