Been a long time since I have done a nice big painting...it was nice to just have fun with this one.
Huge painting...about 5 feet long and 2.5 tall...ish.
The canvas is actually a funny find- I was at Bed Bath and Beyond and they had this canvas on sale due to some damage to the (ugly) painting on it was scratched up....it was on sale for 5 dollars!! SWOOP!! So a little gesso and a lot of layers of acrylic later this is what I made. It is now over the couch in my front room and looks awesome.
