Additional complexity equates to one full character's worth of detail. If a character is largely hidden (for example like in this... thing) then that does not equate to one full character's worth of detail, and thus incurs no additional charge.

In regard to fetishes, I will not draw underage/cub/zoo as is (hopefully) typical, excessive gore (disembowelment, excessive mutilation, castration, etc.; a hand being severed COULD pass as that is the furthest I'll go), themes of excessive cruelty, diaper, scat, watersports, and stench.

While I have nothing against it, I'm probably not going to draw paws/foot related stuff.
