With the Hoodwink Comic done, Mondays becomes for the monsters once more.

Gamo Gamo was 44th Monster in the Grendizer Anime that appear in Ep. 41 of the Anime. Like Zari Zari and Bui Bui, it was a life form from the Planet Gamo and its top predator, that was transform into a Saucer Beast for its cheer savagery. Gamo's Vehicle form was a standard lavender color saucer with a yellow color bottom, adorn with a six pointed star like pattern on the Shell, though its head was visible in vehicle form The Two disk that dangle on the side, become smaller and elliptical in this form (Indeed, Gamo Gamo is among the monsters who transformation from Robot to Vehicle form is radical in aspect)

In Robot Mode, Gamo resembles nothing like its original animal form (A Reptile like Bird): it's transformed into a Wasp/Bee Hybrid, yellow and black in color, with a long gray neck that ended in a green head of a bird with an antenna on top; two legs with talons for feet and the saucer shells were hanging from supports in the back, becoming circular rather than elliptical in this mode). Besides it savage nature, it spew green fire from the mouth, a red laser beam fired from the antenna and its shells will spin to create strong hurricane winds.

Side Note : While been the most uninterested design of the Saucer Beasts (seriously it looks nothing like a Giant Reptile Bird from early), the Episode marks the introduction of the Marine Spazer and Hikaru's ascension as a full fledged pilot of team Grendizer. Also, much like in Ep.36, much of the concentration is on the work of the Marine Spazer and Hikaru's training taking co focus of the Episode.

For the next attack to eliminate Grendizer, Zuril and Gandal make study of the Giant Gamo bird, the top predatory lifeform of the Planet Gamo, having a savage and voracious nature, they see on their monitor how one member of the species dives underwater, fights and kills a large reptile monster, eating it down to the bone. Impress, Gandal decides to capture the creature and transforms it into a Saucer Beast.

Meanwhile on Earth, the Space Center puts the final work on the Marine Spazer while Hikaru trains in the simulation chamber (much like Koji and Duke during their training) failing at first; the stress of the failure almost causing an accident, and Duke's arm been hurt, and is taken to the Med Bay, Hikaru feeling responsible. On the Moon, the new Saucer Beast is Completed (that was fast) and launches to Earth accompany by a Flotilla of Minifos, they are detected entering the atmosphere and Koji and Duke (the latter too much protest of others) take off to deal with the invaders. While Hikaru continues to train in Simulation hoping to join the fight, Dambei and Goro providing support: she succeeds in making the connection, and continues on to repeat to get costume to the flight pattern.

Duke and Koji fight the Beast as the Flotilla heads to collect the Uranium in the Sea Bottom: Koji flies after them as Duke ejects to fight Gamo Gamo, grabbing and holding to the beast. Gamo, as plan, tries to dive into the sea, though Duke forces it to change course and crashes into the Shore, to continuing their fight, with Gamo trying to pull Grendizer into the water Koji disposes of the fleet (So much for plan B!).

Dambei informs Umon of the results of Hikaru's training and begs him to allow her join the fight; seeing the situation (GRENDIZER FIGHTING NEXT TO THE SEA) and despite the fact no test were made on the new vessel, Umon allows it and Hikaru takes off on Marine Spazer to join the others.

Gamo uses its Saucer Shells to create Hurricane winds, pushing Grendizer underwater, Koji unable to help him, though Marine Spazer arrives there after and dives to assist Grendizer. Duke begins to spin with the whirlpool and ejects out of it, and he Hikaru succeed in Connecting. Now with able to fight underwater, Duke and Hikaru initiate their final assault, Hikaru using Marine Cutter, severing a leg, while Screw Crusher Punch to ripping one of the Shells and Marine Missiles to destroy the other leg Finally with a combination of Anti-Gravity Beam to push the Beast, and finish Gamo Gamo off with Space Thunder and a second swipe of the Marine Cutter. The group flies back home as an unconquerable team.
