Fully rendered and on display!
For all the time I've spent twiddling thumbs, somehow I didn't have a full shot of Lutwo on here.

My artistic portrayal aside, it's a Mewtwo but with a "Lugia cosmetic set". However you might personally draw a Mewtwo, just transpose some colors n' elements and voilà. The most complex part of the design is the back plates/spikes. Some on the base of the tail, the rest on the back.
Now of course there's the necessary flavor text that, being a "combination" of two considerable psychic types, he's got some more powerful psychic prowess. Comes with a caveat though: uses a lot of energy. I wonder how he'll decide to get that energy back? Probably not with a nap...
