I was originally going to do Siesta 00 from "Seacats" on Arin. But...

1. Arin and her stuff is a bit expensive... (In-game and the Cash stuff...)
2. This month is Cecilia's birthday!

Even though Cecilia looks more suited as Eva or Beatrice, i'm not at the level to do their clothes. So I decide to make her another Siesta. The skirt is different from all of the ladies in PangYa, so I change around and add a gold liner to the side and add the Emblem on the corner of the skirt. The shirt is the best i've ever done yet and it looks so freaken good on Cecilia!!!

So... I really adore my Cecilia now! I just need to get her Motion Accessory... And Duo Feather Club sets so I don't suck alot. ;o;
