Meant to kinda explain drekir in this picture: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/40424841/
Drekir in the Skyles are of a notably different breed than the drekir of the mainland Americas and Are generally referred to as Himir, though I'll probably just call them Sky Drekir for brevity.
Sky drekir are a normal sized breed covered in a soft, downfeather like coat. Their other major trait are their gliding wings, while the wings aren't capable of true flight they allow a drek to ride the winds of the skysles to glide from island to island. When combined with the floating sky river of the Skysles these drekir can relatively safely traverse from island to island through one or both of those options. The wing does take up one of their claws leaving them three clawed though its still usually good enough to keep them dexterous for tool making and using.
Culturally there are three major cultural groups of drekir, the drekir of the lower islands or the "lowlands" are known as the Siloga tribes as seen here. These drekir live a mix of subsistence agriculture, hunting, gathering, and scavenging. They believe that they are angels in the lower levels of heaven and, as they are now, are what God believes is the righteous way to live and have come to embrace their new lives. They believe the supernatural sky isles they live on are just above purgatory and that their souls were chosen to engage in "The final trial". They believe Sila itself is a higher angel known as "The Gate Guardian", a piece of God who serves as their final judge upon death. Those who commit sins of violence or evil are sent to reincarnate in the isles to try again. They believe that if Sila deems them worthy upon death they will ascend to the higher rings of heaven. They believe the sun itself is God, whom they have come to refer to as Soga
They have some notable cultural rituals and ceremonies. When a drek hits puberty it is a tribal custom to send them out on their first glide, often pushing them off the island and letting the gusts of wind that whip between the islands support them on their way back to the safety of their home. Those who make it are seen as strong souls that have Silas favor.
It is also common for these lowland Silogas to engage in a practice of Firgrit where the village collectively barks, howls, and sings songs around bonfires, often burning bundles of molted feathers. This is seen as a form of prayer and that an offering to Sila will help the message arrive to God. The prayers tend to be agreed on by the community and are communal in nature.
One final ritual known to the island are superstitions about limbo souls trying to force their way into heaven. The Siloga drekir see themselves not only as those in the trial of heaven but also those who are the first line of defense from the sinners beneath them both physically and spiritually. If they believe an egg is possessed by a limbo spirit they find it necessary to burn the egg in a fire before throwing it and the ashes it burned in into the sky. They believe the burning exorcises the spirit and they dispose of the egg, believing it to be a cursed vessel.
There are a few other cultures that I will get around too sooner or later

It's a gamble but some do successfully glide down onto the mainland to some (notably confused) tribes on the ground. Still not great since they've basically had to say goodbye to their whole life and the den they've grown up with but definitely better than hitting the ground hard!
Yeah in that case the answer is no. I plan on discussing and telling stories with the Sivilao more later but in the meantime.
They believe in Fim Eodin, a doctrine that all must take part in their religious caste society and if they fail that the gods will abandon them and their reality. Considering their culture is from a reality that was torn apart they have grown very dogmatic about their religion.
They wouldn't kill any drek on the spot if they can help it and tend to try to take them in and teach them the importance of Fim Eodin (whether they like it or not). The Sivilao are pretty good about not killing someone unless they deem it too dangerous to try and take them alive, or if they repeatedly demonstrate that they are not going to go along with Fim Eodin and that no other viable option that involves them staying alive would work.
So if a skydrek glided into a realm or was taken in by the realm on the skysles they would be treated normally
