Scale is just a matter of how big you are. This was actually inspired by a trip up to Coulterville in Northern California when my friend Jim and I went to take measurements off the little 1906 Porter locomitive "Whistling Billy."

he he he, very good idea there, I supose big dragons if they existed would work in a lot of these jobs.... with "big" stuff fixing :P

I've always felt that big, friendly Dragons could be useful in modern times. I like the idea they could be short run couriers, freight handlers, and maybe even carry a few passengers on inter-city flights between airports. (Better leave a nice tip.)

id say they would work very well in important comercial ports, where the machines to pick up big boxes are too.... slow :P

My wife felt about the same way with my first gauge one piece, "Wow, its like working on a toaster, I'm not afraid that I might brake it if I look at it wrong."

Number 1 Gauge? Is that like "Garden Scale" that works out to roughly 1/24th or 1/22nd scale? It's a little off from the popular 1/25th scale that they like to use for plastic model cars.

Also 1/29 & 1/32. Some might think it kinda strange for one set gauge between rails to have four different scales from which too choose for one's modeling efforts.
Trains=...1/48,1/64,1/87... Planes=...1/72, 1/144..., Cars=1/12,1/25... go fig?

that is one big dragon who likes to fix things and he probably has the knowledge of fixing things all by himself since he is a old dragon.

It has always been a fantasy of mine to see what would happen if one built say a 1/25th scale Automobile to the exact dimensions in metal and other materials used on the real vehicle. Shoot... picking the model up alone might crush it.
