Dr. Clefarious had long since considered herself a genius, and for good reason. With her talents and knowledge, she had been able to roboticize and hypnotize countless individuals, though some would be do-gooders would attempt to get in her way. However, as her robotic minions were scanning for more subjects to roboticize, she became aware of a two-tailed fox whose intelligence rivaled, if not surpassed her own. She couldn't have that! She ordered her robots to immediately set out and capture the fox.

The fox was known as Tails, and though he may have been a genius, he could not foresee his capture at the hands of the sinister Clefairy. As she debated whether to roboticize or destroy the potential threat, her robots brought her some blueprints for the fox's inventions. Studying them showed her exactly what she'd been lacking, and allowed her to come up with her most nefarious plan to date. Using her latest invention, a special helmet/microchip combo prototype, she began to brainwash the poor fox. In no time, Tails's mind was warped and transformed to that of an evil minion.

A two-tailed menace was born! In just a few more days, the effects would become permanent and there would be no more need for the helmet. Tails would become as loyal and obedient as any of her robots; he'd be her obedient slave forever. His mind was hers to command! His genius hers! Combined, she'd truly be an unstoppable supervillain!
