My series canon is rife with villains and enemies, but none who play the part of master planner. Saitobis fills this niche to a T.

He is a figure shrouded by mystery wrapped in an enigma, he has simply always been. Despite his odd and ultimately frightening appearance, Saitobis has an almost...supernatural charisma, able to sway the hearts and minds of those he wishes. With his gift he has been able to form the worlds most lethal cult, widely known as the Circle of Creation. While his intentions are unknown, he and his cult seek the remains of the godly spirit of Imagination known as Imonaagi. Because of these radical ambitions, he and his cult are often banished or at the very least unwelcome from most provinces in Mandonasia. This does not deter them from getting whatever they desire, especially in recent years where The malicious cult leader forcibly bonded Iflyte with a substantial fragment of imonaagi's spirit and used her as a weapon against the people of mandonasia.

It is unknown exactly what Saitobis is, and even less what resides under that mask of his. His demeanor and stance is that of an old man, but he has been known to easily overpower enemies unexpectantly with greater than average strength. However Saitobis is not a fighter, he prefers to either let others fight for him or stir wonder and awe, seemingly able to command the elements themselves with the power of his voice.
