Nope. She comes from a world with taurforms, such as chakats, centaurs, and dragontaurs (and you can probably include lamias and merfolk for this purpose, as well). As a result, pants, dresses, and other bottomwear exist for the sake of fashion or utility, but not for any taboo. So this is something she could show up to a fancy party wearing and no one would bat an eye (same if she was completely bottomless).
