It's kinda complicated!
But the race of "Pony girl" they are have magic.
and once they leave there castle the have there harnesses on or else there magic depletes it's self and they die.
Now they went to the "Earth demension" for supplys, and your not really supposed to do that with out a liscence so the guy there works for an orgination that's kinda like the MIB but for magic.
he toulk off her harness to tourture her and tell him where her sister is.
And Turbo (The main figure) wants to help her sister but the guys who work for this orgination (they're called Cowboys) arent exactly dudes you want to mess with so she's scared.
Now I in no way support tourture to females in any way but that's what the story is!
