Fashionable Friday Cirkus Month style!
Street Rat is the darling of the Cirkus, a starry eyed orphan who snuck into the Cirkus without a ticket and simply decided to never leave. Officially he’s part of the Roamers, though more as a volunteer for performances than an artist himself. He just love to be involved with everything and seem to somehow not notice the Cirkus is a cursed place full of horror. He just sees with the innocent eyes of a positive and trusting child.
Why he's the Ringmaster's favourite.
He’s the classic Oliver Twist orphan trope for his design, which I just had to draw proper with anthro here. Second pic is poor Street Rat after a couple of the other staff of the Cirkus decided to gang up on him for a bath and a glam-up.
I messed up a bit on the eyes with the second version, just looks kinda weird. But oh well.

Indeed he is pone with rat features. His full mutation is more of "were rat" kind where he can transform into a more horrific rat form.
And indeed he's under Big Sis.
Big Sis typically looks after the kids to keep them happy, and more than happy to look after Rat in particular.
