TRUST AND SAFETY: REVENGE OF THE SITH
Even by the standards of these rules as written, I'm not guilty of anything worthy of a ban or having my comics taken down, because I don't spread malicious misinformation about any minority groups or religions and anytime I get numbers wrong, it's an accident or faulty information.
But the rules as written aren't enforced correctly. Tell me, when is the last time someone got banned for having a Black Lives matter banner on his page in the face of continued racial violence coming out of mobs chanting that slogan? When is the last time someone was banned for saying something malicious and untrue about Christianity, while saying true but unpleasant things about the history of literally any other faith is met with harshly?
If FurAffinity just had blanket rules against political content my protest would not be needed; "Politics are unpleasant so please don't make and upload any journals or furry art with a strong overt political message because that just starts flamewars" would be a dumb policy, but if enforced against both sides of the aisle it'd be one I could live with.

Furaffinity (like many websites today) is filled with obscure twisted rules which anyone can interpret as they see fit, which clearly can and will be used in double standard. In my opinion websites and the internet itself are meant to be neutral places for everyone in each community: Since when did politics need to be a part of every fiber of society? Why can't everyone just leave everyone alone and stop being offended by everything? Why do we live in constant hysteria in the 21th century when everyone should normally have everything they need?
Sadly this was an intentionally engineered change in society from the top down; control schools and media to pressure people into believing certain lies about history and to see everything as racist/sexist/whatever, make them feel like they're doing something good and heroic by bullying anyone they have even the tiniest amount of power over, and so on. Then they will, of their own accord, start censoring people whose opinions they've been trained to never remotely consider or "miscounting" ballots on election night without even needing to receive direct orders.
I fully agree here, very glad someone else is seeing it! I think it was intentional too: All the fighting over racism / sexism / transphobia / xenophobia, now helped by COVID hysteria, were purposely inflated to scare the world and divide it into two sites that will attack each other everywhere. This isn't to say the issues aren't legitimate of course, racism exists and is bad while COVID can be a bit more dangerous to some people... however such things are clearly being blown out of proportions to get people scared out of their minds thus more obedient. The media is the first doing the dirty work, as are other components of society.
This madness can only be stopped by exposing the truth behind how today's world works, which I strongly hope will happen soon. Unless people can understand then change their collective reaction to fear and accept that it's destroying them, this is only bound to repeat forever. People need to wake up and question everything they see instead of blindly taking everything at face value: Some things are just conspiracy theories but others are truths hidden in plain sight.
